I enjoyed being able to look through other areas in my phone and still have video working. I was able to search through Google and not lose the call or video while doing this. Duo always closed the video if you left the app during the call. Much better experience with a video call than I've previously had. Very useful when you travel a lot and have to speak to your spouse from a variety of hotel rooms. It would be nicer if when the signal quality degrades, it would simply freeze the image, rather than deteriorate and pixelate. And go in and out a bit more smoothly.
